- One low hourly rate for all services
- A one hour minimum charge for all on-site work
- A quarter hour minimum charge for all remote work
- Additional time billed in quarter hour increments
- On-site billable time includes travel time to your location and all time
spent at your location (1 hour minimum)
- Clients are invoiced on the last day of each month for all work
performed that month
- A spreadsheet with dates, times and a description of work performed
accompanies each invoice
- Payment of all invoices is due 20 days from receipt
- A late fee will be charged to all invoices not paid within 30 days of
receipt
